Health insurance and tax relief
Some private health-insurance policies may provide full or partial cover for consultations with a CORU-registered Dietitian. Cover varies by policy, so please confirm eligibility directly with your insurer before attending.
You may be able to claim tax relief on qualifying health expenses. Claims are made through Revenue’s myAccount or ROS services (the paper Med 1 form is no longer available). Eligibility depends on the nature of the expense and your individual circumstances, so please check the current Revenue guidance or seek professional tax advice. Keep your receipts.
